## Tools
- insider_trades (free): FREE. Latest SEC Form 4 insider filings for a company or person name (last 30 days) — top 3 with parsed buys/sells.
- buy_scanner (Pro): PRO. Scan the latest Form 4 filings market-wide (last N days) for OPEN-MARKET PURCHASES (code P) above a $ threshold — the classic insider-buying signal.
- watchlist (Pro): PRO. Insider activity for up to 15 companies (names/tickers) over N days, summarised as net buy/sell value.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://us-insider-trades-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://us-insider-trades-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://us-insider-trades-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
